Reiki Energy Healing

This session will be tailored to your needs as an ongoing therapy. It may consist of Shamanic cleansing, meditations, a plática (talk), class, reiki, crystals, botanicals and more. Shamanic cleansing is a holistic and intuitive practice in which we will look and explore the realms of mind, body, and spirit to correct its balance. We work through the medicines of plants & incense while focusing on a particular intention for your higher good. You may not realize what is happening in a Shamanic cleanse, but this practice will be doing a very intense and deep harmonizing of the subtle layers of energy in your body. This will be followed by a Reiki Session. Reiki is a type of touchless healing that removes negative or blocked energy, releasing blockages in the conscious and unconscious, reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and balancing the emotional and physical body. This therapy combines reiki techniques, and chakra therapy removes negative or unwanted energy from your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual auric fields. Your session will be individualized; I will work with your unique energy systems. Although we know that the body and mind are interconnected, we have forgotten the interconnection with the spirit in Western medicine, and we only focus on the physical part of the body to heal the ailments. I may use crystals and flowers/plants too.
